5 M.P.H. Zones
Limit your speed to 5 miles per hour when your motorized vessel is:
- 100 feet from a bather (but not a water skier).
- 200 feet from a bathing beach, swimming float, diving platform, passenger landing being used or a landing where boats are tied up.
- Any time you see a sheriff's emergency blue lights flashing.
Note: All vessels must stop at an accident and render assistance if emergency assistance has not yet arrived.
Remember to always wear a life jacket.
